Hey guys! I found a website that has a good plyometric workout. Go to http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/wotw27.htm. Scroll down a bit and you'll find an outlined workout plan for beginners, intermediate, and advanced athletes.
Don't forget to do at least 100 above the head sets, 100 sets against a wall (50 each at two different heights), and practice your approach!
